As Prim Mist Sanitiser is an alcohol-based product, we must ship with a courier.
Shipping is complimentary for all purchases over $50 of PRIM MIST Sanitiser.
Orders placed before 2:00pm AEST Monday – Friday (Sydney, Australia) will be shipped the same day.
Orders will be delivered between 8:00am – 6:00pm Monday to Friday.
If you find that you are not able to process your order due to shipping, please reach out to us via email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can provide a shipping quote for you.
Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address. We strongly advise you to make sure that your order is shipped to a secure location, as once a package has been delivered to the correct location, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Claims on lost deliveries will not be accepted after 2 weeks from the date of purchase, consideration will only be made to customers who have made contact within this time frame.
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carrier. On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will be sent an email confirmation of your order which will act as an invoice and proof of purchase. Once the shipping process has been initiated, we will send you the tracking number for your parcel. Check your junk folder if you can't find a tracking update or please contact our team directly at email@example.com to follow up on tracking.
